Bank for International Settlements Issues Warning

BIS says markets more vulnerable to crisis now than in 2007 due to higher debt ratios around the world, a serious lack of liquidity in large portions of the bond market, and reliance on near zero funding costs. They think a fixed income sell-off could particularly violent. IMO they're pretty spot on.
