I really like his film and would love to hear others thoughts.
- Very quick get-off and a natural athlete. He’s incredibly light on his feet for a defensive end, a fluid athlete.
- Needs to work on pad level.
- He’s listed at 220 now. It looks like he’ll be able to get to 245 without much issue. Would be a great R and could probably play with his hand in the dirt at the next level after adding weight.
- Anticipates the snap well. Quick to slap down hands. If he weren’t so quick, he might struggle at the point of attack because of pad level. He’s also not engaging with a lineman right away always because he’s sometimes lined up outside the tackle’s shoulders.
- Tends to tackle high.
- I don’t know if he’ll need to, but I think he’ll have the talent to play from day one at the R.
