I can confirm that Minnesota has offered Plymouth (Minn.) Armstrong athlete Thomas Barber as a linebacker this afternoon.
This is Barber's first offer and you'll remember that he's the youngest brother of Barber family that's included Marion Barber and Dominique Barber (who is on the recruiting staff at Minnesota).
Thomas and his family came on an unofficial visit this afternoon and that's when the offer was extended.
