Kicking game with Carpenter and Santoso
Running game with Smith, Brooks and even McCray
Linebacker play.
Cant think of a combo in the Big Ten better than Carpenter and Santoso.... I think field position will be big in all games and a good punter is SO IMPORTANT... I also like Carpenter's consistency... Those are huge for our Gophers, IMO. Got to win the battle of field position if the offense is struggling.
Running game.. Goes without saying that this is the best 1-2 punch for the Gophers since Maroney and Barber... SO GLAD we have 2 more years with these guys.. Either has potential to be MVP of the Gophers, IMO.
Linebacker play; We have some real talent here.. Cashman came out of nowhere to be great.. :Love Celestin's play and the potential of our young guys...Should be a strength, IMO.
