With the bye week, its fun to take a peek ahead before we settle back into game action next week
Recruiting:
With Mitch graduating so we feel comfortable next year with Rhoda, Croft, Green and Williams or with almost the entire offense returning (sans, Pirsig and Wolitarsky) is it a perfect opportunity to try to land a big time JUCO QB?
How about a grad transfer QB? One year older kid while we continue to groom the young QB's (hoping both Green, Croft and Williams redshirt this year)
Are we still looking at the Baylor OL? JUCO or grad transfer OL?
Do we also look to add a JUCO receiver? Grad transfer WR?
On defense we graduate a couple in Ekpe, Lynn, Myrick and Travis. Do we go after Williams from Iowa Western (Notre Dame bounce back)?
Do we go after a JUCO corner if lose Burford and Hardin by chance? (hope we don't)
If the suspensions are temporary we would have Hardin, Buford, Creighton,Shenault, Durr and Thomas. Very young group. Does it make sense to bring in a JUCO corner either way just to add some age and experience?
