I can honestly say this. I have heard PJ Fleck and Minnesota football mentioned in casual conversation four times in the last two weeks. They want to know if his style can work on a Power Five level. He is getting attention from places far away from Minnesota.
I saw a similar type style of energy and enthusiasm catch fire at Vanderbilt with James Franklin. The difference is that Fleck doesn't have near the rebuild that Franklin had. If he wins, it will take off.
Also, he is going to have a great stadium and facilities to recruit to. I can see him doing great things.
