So, $600 million in improvements for the program for things across the board. Interesting item, as this to me relates to the overall decline in attendance at games and the focus more on high end spenders and the premier experience, they plan to reduce capacity by a few thousand overall but within that capacity there will be 3,800 new premium seats. They are losing a ton of cheap seats due to a massive new video board.

I believe Phil Esten (former U of M athletic dept administrator, in charge of TCF stadium planning) who is at Penn St now and in charge of either replacing their stadium or completely overhauling it will be paying close attention to what Alabama gets for that $288 million.
