I have a question.
With all this talk. instead of expanding the current playoff system. Why do they not go to a system where
A) every Div 1 team can only play other Div 1 teams in their non conference schedules.
B) most conferences already have some built in interconfertnce games like we do with the ACC I believe. So why can't the NCAA just create a situation where during the non conference games each conference has to play as many other conferences during the non conference schedule on a rotating basis to fill up the non conference schedule.
This way when ever we play say Wisconsin and beat them and the have already played Georgia when we didn't and vic versa. I mean would that help better determine strength of schedule and would eliminate the need for an 8 team playoff system?
Or am I all wet?
