If you didn't already know, the AFCA Convention is in progress. As part of the agenda, conferences are putting forward some new proposals.

- Proposal to limit on-campus recruiting staff to 30 people (this would include hostesses)
- ACC proposal to allow red-shirts to play in 4 games
- Proposal to limit how much support staff is allowed in the coaches box
- Proposal to increase preseason camp roster from 105 to 110
- Discussions about the possibility of a grad transfer counting against a team roster for 2 years
- NCAA Transfer Working Group discussing possibility for players to have a one-time transfer with immediate eligibility provided they meet certain academic standards (would only likely apply for freshmen and sophomores)
