School out of Maryland.. Picked in the middle of the pack in their conference(NEC). Play an incredibly tough schedule to begin their year as they have lost to West Virginia, who is ranked and Iowa State.. Will play Arkansas and Michigan as well as Texas Arlington. Head coach is young.. Last couple years have been a .500 team or just below. They have a 5-5 kid who has a vertical leap that is similar to Spud Webb, I have no idea what kind of ball player the 5-5 kid is for them... They have another guard and a wing that are decent, I also read.
On paper, this looks to be the weakest team we play in preconference but no one can ever be taken lightly.... I hope we grab this game by the throat early, then substitute liberally.. I would be disappointed if Hurt, Sharp, Gilbert, even Gaston do not see extended minutes in this game... Guys have to be focused to get a good lead early so we can get those reserves the PT.
