If I'm a lawyer this is how I play this appeal.

so our athletes basically got in trouble for an orgy? If not, what are they in trouble for? They are getting kicked out of school not for a crime but for group sex? Is group sex not allowed on campus? Or is group sex not allowed for athletes only? If not, it should be clearly mapped out in the student handbook.

If this is the case. What is the cutoff your honor? Three or less is ok? Anything more than 5 is inappropriate. Can we get some clarity for future athletes please. How do you penalize athletes for an orgy where no crime was committed? And if you do according to title 9, they all should perish.

So, according to title 9 which is about fair treatment and equality, how was this cheerleader not in violation of a code of conduct. I'd cry sexism and win. I'd cry a violation of title 9 and wins.

Hardin...and a few guys aren't going down without a fight. I think they should fight.

The term orgy predates these players birth your honor?
Don't you know anyone that engaged in one your honor?
Have you engaged in one your honor?Have you ever fantazied about it?

The term mena ja treux predates these players birthday your honor.

Should we ban homosexual sex too your honor?

Some people think that is a code of conduct.

Who are we to judge how willing participants engage in sex?

You are willing to ruin lives because of alternative sex practices?

Do you want to open up Pandora's box?

Hire me dawg....I'd put on a show and make Johnny Cochran look like George Jefferson. Wheezy!!!!!!
