Are we the next town up for most futile in championships??

Now that Cleveland won the NBA championship, I heard some say the Twin Cities are the next town as the farthest between championships.. I don't know about that. Is it true?? Do the Lynx WNBA titles not count?? Is the WNBA not considered a 'real sport'? I remember the Twins' titles in '87 and '91 so it has been a long time, but I wonder if futility just includes the 4 major sports for men and nothing else.
