Iowa won their game at home against Penn State. They played well but I still cant help to think that if Penn State's starting QB was healthy, that the Nittany Lions would have won that game.. Maybe I am wrong on that, But I feel that Iowa should be top 10 but I am still not convinced they are a top 4 team. They will certainly have the chance to prove it.

Alabama is an interesting situation because of their loss.. If you are of the mindset that Alabama should drop out of the top 4 and give the undefeated teams a chance, then make Alabama 5th ranked or lower.. They will have a chance to redeem themselves and play Georgia in the SEC championship, in all likelihood. They have potential stumbling blocks along the way though.. Auburn, regardless of ranking, could provide that upset in a rivalry game. I am interested to see how the Crimson Tide respond to this loss.

I am not sure there is ever such thing as a "GOOD LOSS" but this is probably the closest thing to it.. After watching this year's press conferences with Nick Saban, I get the feeling that the kids on the Alabama team were kinda 'full of themselves' and maybe stopped listening to the coaches or at least trending that way. Maybe thinking or acting in a way that points to an attitude of "alright Coach Saban!! Don' worry about it!! We got this!!" Well, after the loss, the kids are going to have to listen to coaching and this 'coming back down to Earth' probably allows Saban and staff to speak with ears listening more intently on the team.

I am NOT in the boat of saying Alabama is out of the Top 4.. My opinion does not matter but I think they will destroy every team from here on out. Probably 3/4 of their team has NFL talent and the mental errors of the Texas A&M game will get cleared up this week, I am guessing. Alabama is still good enough to beat anyone in the country but just proved they are beatable, as well.

I do like Georgia and Cincinnati. Ohio State could run the table and I think that will be enough to get them back in the top 4, especially if they beat Iowa in the Big Ten championship game... Their offense is looking good and they are beginning to iron out some of the defensive problems that have plagued them this year. Iowa is still going to have to improve, IMO, if they are going to stay on the top of the heap.. What is your opinion??
