Adams was one of the 2018s hearing from Minnesota the most this summer, so I figured he'd got brought up. Minnesota dropped him after Gabe committed because Adams is a shooter and they really didn't need another set feet shooter in the class. Adams does have a little more bounce and playmaking ability than Kalscheur but they're similar enough that Minnesota stopped pursuing Adams. Now that there are two scholarships open instead of just one, the situation could be different. Kimani Young I believe was also his primary recruiter so I'm sure that will have some impact too.
