A guy Minnesota has been watching since the new staff came to campus is Illinois skilled and talented wing Christian Williams.
"Looking to take a couple officials to Minnesota and Florida Gulf Coast. California has reached out."
Williams said. He also just took a visit to Saint Louis.
He currently has nine offers on the table including Florida Gulf Coast who he plans to visit.
"SIU-Edwardsville, Bradley, Illinois State, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin Green Bay, UIC, University of Albany, and La Salle are the offers
"If I get a couple more offers by spring I will commit in early April. No offers by then I will play the spring circuit."
The word GI is getting is that Williams wants high major. Has interest in the niceness of Florida, but wants high major. If he gets high major he will go with it. If not, likely playing with the Illinois Irish again this spring and hoping to get attention.
The kid has talent, I think if he plays AAU in the open period he will get high major looks.
