C.J. Smith is not currently rated but is a three-star on other sites, and that's what I would guess he will be rated when Rivals evaluates him. He is about 6'1", runs around a 4.5 and has good length at the defensive back position. Projects more as a corner, but we will reach out to see where Minnesota sees him. He flipped from Georiga Southern.
