Javan Hawes: “It will be nice for the program, but still I’m a little worried if he’s going to honor the commits because I feel like Minnesota is where I really want to be, but my future lies in his decision and staff.”
Nate Bursch: “I’m excited. He’s a very motivational and passionate coach from what I’ve seen on his videos on ‘what drives winning.’”
Grant Ryerse: “I’m excited. I don’t really know much about him, but I look forward to talking with him.”
Eric Abojei: “I’m great to see the U has received another great coach! Can’t wait to see the new coaches and build a relationship with them! Go Gophers!”
Jimmie Terry: "I think he's a great coach. I hope I still have the chance to be coached by Coach Miller, but the important thing is I'm ready to work. I'm ready to win the Big Ten and shock the world, and of course we need a coach to do that, but more importantly the players have to have that dog and fight in them. We have to believe when no one else believes. I'm ready to work and shock the world. I'm a hard commit to the prestigious University of Minnesota, and we will place our wraith on the nation, and they will respect us one way or another."
