HUGE UPSET of Oklahoma by Iowa State 38-31.. Campbell comes from the Mount Union coaching tree who played under Larry Kehres.. Matt Campbell, Jason Candle at Toledo, and of course Jay Sawvel as well as many others..... Great win by the Cyclones over the Sooners... People will pay attention to Campbell after this victory at Norman, Oklahoma.....No doubt.
Even with whatever his buyout, it will be interesting if he gets bigger programs to try to gain his services, down the road. Minnesota got a great one in PJ Fleck but Campbell was my initial choice on my Gopher coaching wish list when he was at Toledo.
