Glancing at the up to date Scholarship Chart. A couple things jumped up that made me think things are going the right way.
52 of the 82 players under Scholarship are Sophomores or younger eligibility wise. Sounds good to me.
You get the sense that the quality of our Walk ons are improved. Nothing in the chart really tells us that, but you have 5 walk ons in the Jr and Sr slot out of 18 total walk ons. I guess you could argue that its tough for a walk on to hang out for 4 years if he is not playing and they leave the team...but I still get the sense the quality is better.
Side note: Is Pirsig really a Junior? I thought he got a medical redshirt his Freshman season due to a leg injury.
