1) I'm all about rowing the boat and giving Fleck time to do his thing, but we were woefully out -coached. The battles in won in the trenches is as much about state of mind as it is about size and ability. The right mind set is a result of coaching.
2) If Zach's injury was affecting his play, then Morgan should have been in there. Both will get better with time. Morgan needs to play too. We have to see what we have at QB. With that said if in 3 years Morgan or Zach is the starter, I think that might be a problem. When I watch the film Of Cole K I am not impressed, ( I hope I'm wrong) The kid from Texas looks legit, hopefully we hold on to him. But we need more talent at QB.
3) Anyone who says we didn't lose a major amount of defensive coaching acumen when Claeys was fired doesn't understand the importance coaching. We were destroyed today by a mediocre offense. I am not saying I wish we still had Claeys, but I am saying that while yes recruiting is important, so is coaching.
4) we look like a poor tacking team.
5) I agree that we should see more of our young lineman to see what we have....lets use those 4 games and not redshirt.
6) Our young Wideouts are really good.
7) more power running please.
