a much ballyhooed west division squad, Nebraska.

Dinardo thinks that Sparty and Michigan have a ton of talent, and Michigan just needs to answer the QB question. Dinardo said he was skeptical of all the offseason Michigan hype, but that after seeing them in person, he thinks they are ready to compete at a championship level--thinks Wolverines will be fantastic on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Griffith is also impressed with Michigan, although he seemed a little unsure about the RB position there. Michigan has underperformed at RB the past few years.

Dinardo and Griffith remarked on how far Michigan State has come under Dantonio. Said they used to be a developmental program, but now they have a bunch of true and redshirt frosh who look like they are ready to play now. The guys think that Sparty has reached that point where they just reload---they are past rebuilding.

Dinardo and Griffith think Iowa is a little bit behind OSU/Sparty/Michigan, but he says they compare favorably to Penn State. The crew is bullish on Penn State, which surprises me 'cause I think James Franklin is gonna get fired this year

Dinardo really down on Nebraska. When asked what would make a successful season for the Huskers, he said 'making a bowl game'.

Dinardo went on to say that Nebraska doesn't have the talent to compete for the west division title right now, which is not something I **ever** thought I would hear him say. Griffith is higher on Nebraska and thinks they could challenge for Indy, but Dinardo remains unconvinced.

Gerry D even went so far as to say that when the crew looks back on their fall camp tour, I don't think we'll consider them one of the better teams in the West. (!)

Dinardo thinks Nebraska has 'camp legs'. Griffith was 'surprised by the lack of physicality in practice'. Yikes
