Talked chopper recruiting. My demographic is 17-20 year old kids. Lot of people don't like me and my personality. 17-20 year olds do. Said Elite funds covered costs. Said it was more about efficiency than show.
Wants 7-8 year old kids at high school games to see me, to connect with Gophers, to go to our camps, when offered to be a no brainer choice to stay home.
will start to shorten practice time, practice reps as we now have a nine week grind.
no one will put more pressure on team, staff, self to perform than Fleck.
Tom Brady was a back up at Michigan and to Bledsoe. Bortenschlager has a mom and dad and played high school football. he got recruited to Maryland. Four great playmakers not hurt. Durkin has kicked butt recruiting.
Kobe and FemiCole stepped up nice. Shannon and Rodney both back, healthy, practicing. Would have missed Saturday. Bye was nice.
oline getting better, developing, no where near where we can be, where we will be later on. ed developing players well. growing well. like where we are at. not a lot behind them. need 18 and 19 class to build depth.
Weyler coming around. Still questionable. see how he goes this week. did individual work.
we have three or four or five playmakers on offense. we have to be creative to get them ball.
lack of depth, personnel doesnt match scheme, cant force pegs, we knew that, we are adjusting well.
proud of Robb Smith, love our how, leadership, discipline on defense.
turnover margin is going well.
dont care about being number 1 in defense, proud about influencing lives, making a difference.
not deep in secondary, not deep in dline, deep at lb, not deep at any other positions.
Jacob Huff didnt play much last year...not fastest, best athlete, but does right things on and off the field.
coaching was reason he returned int for td.
year zero of brand new culture. completely different culture. hope culture inspires.
Tyler Johnson so much more productive than last year. just a soph. three frosh/rs frosh playing at WR who need to step up. Still has to step up, Howard has to step up, Carter reliable...we need to create ways to use him.

we just thud in practice in season...we dont bring people to ground...want people healthy fresh.

not into showboating...hand the ball to the official...young coach...old school idea
