I will be honest with you.. I am a huge fan of PJ Fleck... I am a supporter for what he is doing, both on and off the field with our guys...We will look back at this as almost a complete rebuild at some key positions. I dont like comparing coaches but just evaluate merits based on where he started and where he finished... I think Fleck is very honest for where we are at in the program but is firm in the process it takes to get to where we want to go.. I am convinced that this is the best way we can succeed in this program..
I happened to love the interview with the Big Ten Network guys in Revsine, DiNardo, and Griffith. He laid out where the program is without making excuse and everything was put out there in a matter-of-fact manner.. I just believe he is a coach that we can be proud... We are going to have moments in this season where we will want to get rid of the whole staff.. I will probably fall into that as well, from time to time, as I am a Gopher fan.. But I think patience will be rewarded, with Fleck and the program.. Now we just need to keep moving forward and get our fans and players alike to believe. I am not just trying to be positive but I think this guy is going to be what turns this program around... Count me as "IN THE BOAT AND READY TO ROW!!!!"
