Whether its the money they get paid or the desire to be around some of the best players in the country, or both, there is a LOT OF CREDIBILITY on the football coaching staff of the Buckeyes.. Perhaps some of the best in the nation.

You have almost every coach on that staff that has been a successful head coach at either the HS, college, or pro level.. Schiano at Rutgers, Kevin Wilson at Indiana, Larry Johnson in Virginia at TC WIlliams(Remember the Titans), and Tony Alford(RB coach). Guys that have coached in the NFL like Schiano, LB coach Bill Davis who was d-coordinator for 3 NFL teams, Ryan Day, who coached at SF and Philadelphia.. And guys that have shown they have great futures ahead like Brian Hartline as a WR coach. Greg Studrawa is a solid o-line coach as well and trusted by Urban Meyer. This is like an All-Star staff.

FUTURE COACHING CHANGES ON THE BUCKEYE STAFF THAT I ANTICIPATE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Ryan Day will be a head coach in the next year or 2... No doubt he is ready to make the move. His first claim to fame is developing QB Matt Ryan at Boston College, who is now with the Falcons. Made an impact on Sam Bradford(when healthy) in the pros, as well.

Will be interesting to see if the Buckeyes keep Bill Davis.. He has an impressive resume(d-coordinator of 3 NFL teams including the Eagles) and is a native Ohioan, but he has had games this year where his linebackers have disappeared.. One game, his LBs had no tackles or assists, which is almost unheard of.. Especially when you have freak athletes like Malik Harrison, who may be as athletic as any LB in the Big Ten and maybe the nation. If anyone will be on the chopping block, I think it will be him.

Don't even think of messing with o-line coach Greg Studrawa. Studrawa is a FAITHFUL URBAN MEYER SOLDIER.. He was Urban's first o-line coach at Bowling Green and is a good teacher of the game.
