Watch the athletes for ANY of those teams. Watch the catches and runs they make. Watch the throws they make.
We don’t have those guys. Especially at the RB and WR positions. They ALL have guys that consistently go up and make contested catches. And the RBs get a crack and can house it. QBs that can make accurate back shoulder throws. We have none of that.
With what we have we need to be PERFECT to score. 10+ okay drives with outstanding execution.
The fact of the matter is we’re way behind in elite playmakers. It’ll take some time.
Be angry and unhappy with the results we’re seeing now. But take heart in the fact we have a coach that appears to have a process in place to get us the talent we need to win.
The coaches will look a lot smarter when we have guys that can take it 50+ and allow our QBs to not have to be perfect on every throw and help them out by making contested catches to move the chains. I really believe we’ll get there. But take a deep breath and give it a chance to happen.
