I listened to a podcast from Nadine Babu and Daniel House over at GopherHole that is well worth your time to find and listen.
I am trying to learn more about the new culture. I acquired a strong sense of confidence after investing the 30 minutes or so to listen. I particularly was interested in Daniel's observations about wide receivers coach Matt Simon. House believes he is on track to be a future head coach. Finally, House stated the teaching that occurs in practice is NFL caliber.
