The University of Minnesota football team announced four staff promotions and one new hire today.
Emily Litwin, who has been at Minnesota since 2018, is now the Director of Football Operations and Logistics. She was most recently the Assistant Director of Football Operations / Family Relations and has also served as the Chief Administrative Officer / Family Liaison and Assistant to Recruiting and Coaching Staff during her time at Minnesota.
Joe Ready is now the Coordinator of Player Personnel after serving as a Recruiting Assistant in 2024. He was previously a defensive intern for the Gophers during the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
Lauren Garlow has been promoted to Coordinator of Football Recruiting and Administration. She joined the Minnesota staff in 2024 as an Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
Kody Schutzman is now a Defensive Analyst for Minnesota. He had previously been a defensive assistant for the Gophers since 2022.
Zack Lucas also joined the Minnesota staff as Director of Football Program Operations and Administration. Lucas comes to Minnesota from UCF where he was the Director of Football Operations for one season. Lucas has also been the Director of Football Operations at the University of the Incarnate Word, the University of Hawaii and Texas State.
