I mentioned earlier that Football considers December 20th as the primary signing day (as do most schools) and February 7 as an alternate signing day. Nothing has been finalized as to type, time, location, whatever but current plans (as of tonight) are to have the National Letter Of Intent Signing Day Party on December 20th, most probably at the DQ Room.
I realize the drawbacks of the the timing of the event but the emphasis is a celebration of the new Gophers and the 20th is their magic day. I will pass along all the relevant information as we go forward but as mentioned above, nothing is set in stone as yet except the date. There is no plan at this time for a large February signing party.
I'm away for the rest of the week (6AM flight!) but all the info I have so far is above -- also remember that the Football Banquet is on November 26 and is open to the public.
