This season as I have said before is much more about Kill than our kids. Kill has built this program, we all agree. But the truth is, it is built to be average as of today. So, for Kill and company to turn that the corner he needs to listen to 55.
1. Open up and play a real brand of offense that is explosive and can score. Yesterday our offense at least looked average. So it's not the kids...its you!
2. Stop trying to convince us that almost all our Fastest and most explosive skill players aren't ever ready or aren't that smart. Not buying it! You always play your best players and coach them as they learn. Talent + coaching wins. Not just coaching. It's more about the players than you.
3. You need to stop making excuses about injuries and compete.
4. If we go to war and lose to a better team, we can all live with that. But go to war each and every week.
5. Keep your ego in check! Let your best players play. They won't be perfect, but all coaches
Should respect that some things you coach and some things you recruit. Kill you over-coach dawg!
6. Let gentry do what he do, let jones do what he do, let Still do want he do, let brooks do what he do. Get out the freaking way and let your horses loose.
7. Your guys are too focused on practice, it's obvious they are getting hurt too much and it's not like we see them getting carried off the field in a game. They finish a game healthy, but can't play the next week. Practice! We are talking about practice.
8. This is not about your kids, this is about you. I'm sure you light up your players in practice. So don't punk out in a press conference when the heat or criticism is on you.
Carry on!
