Welp. We have no business getting blown out in Lincoln with the Starting 5 we have. Nebraska is trash, Miles is trash. He will be canned by year end.
I thought our bench was serviceable, but it clearly isn’t. The Starting 5 is great, but we can’t play scared when fouls are dumped on us by shitty refs or we make stupid contact. I’m gonna have to recalibrate my thoughts and hope for a Sweet 16 run and be happy with that. I figured we were a good draw from potentially being a Final 4 squad, but nope.
Sad thing is, I don’t think we have a prayer of being better next year.
