Most know I was not an Adam Weber fan. He frustrated me so badly that I only saw the negatives.
Looking back, I think I was so tough on him because we were so close to being really good if he had been a great QB not a good QB.
I didn't appreciate what we had with Adam. Looking back, he was the best QB we have had in the last decade ? Maybe longer ? He may have had that crazy circle spin into the pass rush, but he also made great progression reads thru the passing tree and had a great handle on when to give and keep on the read option. I will never forget that game against Purdue where he went HAM running the football and getting us the victory.

I apologise. I never gave you the credit you earned and deserved. As a Gopher fan, after the last few seasons, I would be so excited to have a QB as good as you back behind center for my Gophs!
