The less cycles the more likely you are needing isolation, monitoring, etc because the virus is active and easily detectable. The more cycles the more likely you may find minimal detected virus or virus particles (pieces of dead virus).
Data indicated up to 90% of positive tests are not reliable for true infection or ability to pass infection. Recommend faster test (rapid test) that is less sensitive possibly around 30 cycles. That would indicate an individual who is infected and more likely to infect others.
