Noah Fant is committed to Iowa as a tight end or defensive end, but Minnesota likes him as a defensive end. He's been on my radar since about July, but every time I've asked him before if he's heard from Minnesota, it's been a no. Phelps visited him last week, and it appears the interest has started to come to life.
He doesn't have an offer yet, and I'm not sure if he ever will, just because this is a tough year to flip Iowa commits. Regardless, Fant is obviously still a name to know,
