Emory Jones is a 5 star 2018 QB going to Ohio State... Jones has been reported as to making quite a few trips to Alabama AFTER he committed to the Buckeyes...Earlier this week, Ohio State became more insecure of maintaining Jones' commitment....They offered Kentucky commit, Jarren Williams, who is a 4 star QB from the 2018 class.
In the shuffling of commits, I cant help to think that Brennan Armstrong may be part of this. Vince Marrow, who is Kentucky's recruiting coordinator, thinks that Williams will still end up at Kentucky.. But I could see a possibility that either Armstrong ends up at Kentucky if Williams decides to commit to Ohio State... It makes sense with Kentucky recruiting Ohio very hard....Or Ohio State could take a flyer on Armstrong with few options at QB left in 2018... This is a situation to monitor though nothing may come of it.. The timing of the stories is awfully coincidental but completely speculative.
