Fellas, in my three years of covering Gopher recruiting, very few serious targets have been as blunt with me about their passion for the Gophers as Jermaine Johnson just was with me. Was his tone sincere or was he just talking the Gophers up because he knew he was talking to a Minnesota reporter? We talked over Facebook because his phone is broken, so there's no way of knowing for sure. But I think it's okay to say his interest in Minnesota right now is pretty high.
