Here’s a list we have of confirmed visitors for tomorrow’s Junior Day. It will be a smaller event but remember there’s a Junior Day later this month, as well. Credit Connor for much of this.

Quinn Carroll: You all know him… high four-star tackle from Edina. Gophers are competitive and getting a final visit. Notre Dame is the team to beat with Virginia Tech and maybe OSU and Alabama also competitive.

JJ Guedet: Tall, athletic Illinois tackle that’s visited Minnesota several times before. Minnesota was the first Power 5 team to offer and he’s been high on Minnesota for a while. A commitment shouldn’t be expected, though. Here’s what he told me today: “Not going to commit this early. I’m still going to go see everyone first and eventually get around to making a decision.”

Desmond Hutson: 5.5 three-star from Kansas City that holds an offer from Iowa.

Jalen Suggs: Five-star basketball player but probably also Minnesota’s top 2020 football prospect. Definitely expecting him to play basketball when the time to make a decision comes.

Kyle Downs: Monticello lineman we’ve written about before. He has no offers at the moment but is likely the state’s best lineman other than Benhart and Carroll.

Treyton Welch: Welch is a 6’3” receiver from Buffalo, MN that was All-Metro First Team last year. Welch has taken visits to Minnesota, NDSU, and Iowa State before, and was a captain on the Team USA U-18 team for the International Bowl (same event that Bateman was in but different teams, not fully loaded with Power 5 players like the All-American games).

Marlon Wiley: Wiley is an athlete for Jordan that played corner, receiver, and returned kicks last year. He holds an offer from Howard. Highlights here.

Matt Cavanagh: All-Metro Second team defensive back from Edina defensive back we’ve written about before. He holds an offer from North Dakota and has also visited Minnesota and NDSU before. Highlights here.
