An unexpected home run hire by Kaler. I thought he'd play it safe (Goetz) or down the middle (Esten) and was prepared to fall in line with wherever he went. Instead he threw into a tight window and brought a P5 AD with a strong resume and local credibility. Hats off to Kaler!
