Link: Howard gives a status update
In my opinion, I don't see Howard picking up an offer this summer, but maybe it will come in the fall. Seems to have dragged on for too long since they saw him in the spring for him to get an offer this summer, but that's just my feeling about this and not inside information. Why could he pick up an offer in the fall but not now? Maybe he has a great senior season, maybe the class doesn't fill up like they thought it would, maybe something happens to one of the quarterbacks on the roster, who knows. There's clearly still a lot of interest in Howard, even though an offer hasn't come yet.
