We'll see soon if Howard is actually offered. He had a lot to say about Minnesota, and he's confident that an offer will come.

Another thing was noteworthy was his coach's comment on system fit. Keon thinks he's a dual-threat guy, whereas his coach called him a pro-style QB. That could play into a potential offer as well. I'll be asking around about Howard to keep you guys posted.
