The B1G has weakened on its stance on scheduling FCS teams. In years when a team plays only 4 Big Ten home games, that team can schedule an FCS opponent if they would like.
Sounds like the days of playing New Hampshire and Western Illinois may not be over.
Hopefully Fleck realizes the fans don't show for those bought games, and would rather schedule a more formidable foe.
