The Tampa Bay lightning are limiting playoff ticket sales to credit cards from within FL and will only allow Lightning gear in their Club section during the playoffs. Would this hold up in court? So if I winter in FL and my credit card is billed to a MN address, I wouldn't be able to get tickets? Wonder if an AMEX gift card could be used to get around their stupid rules.
