Loved a lot of intangible things by the Gophers.. The body language and tempo of the game by the players was noticeably positive.. Upperclassmen took responsibility in this game and provided leadership(talking Lynch, Mason, and most importantly Springs). Looked focused much of the game. I am getting quickly to the point of wanting Curry to start over Murphy. Curry was in good rebounding position and hustled..

LACK OF TURNOVERS.. Each turnover can be thought of as "at least one less opportunity to shoot the ball".. Think of it this way.. If we shoot 40% from the field, that means that 5 turnovers cost us at least 5 shots and 2 makes out of that.. That is at least 4 points left on the floor. When you turn it over 10-15 times, that is like 8-12 points given up.. We ONLY had 5 turnovers this game, which is a huge positive to have so few.

Defense seemed better though we still have a lot of work to do on post defense.... i LOVE LOVE LOVE the way Pitino put the onus on the players without calling them out in an embarrassing manner. All wins for the good guys are good wins and I think we can run off 4-5 wins in a row in this part of the schedule.
