Absolutely huge weekend for Gopher Basketball recruiting as three star Champlin Park point guard McKinley Wright officially visits the University of Minnesota starting tonight. Expect the staff to really roll out the red carpet for Wright and show him what it would be for him to stay home and lead the hometown Gophers. The players are all back in town now after a short break when summer practice finished up. This is a really good opportunity for him to continue to build relationships with the players and coaches while taking in a Gopher Football game, seeing the construction of the new facilities, and getting to see first hand what it would be like to be a Gopher.
