Jackson enjoyed his visit to Minnesota. He's a man of few words, and it was hard to get a lot out of him. However, I have learned that the Gophers are his leader. Does he commit in the coming days? I don't think so. He has a Southern Miss visit schedule two weekends from now and then JUCO Signing Day is only a couple days after that. The Gophers are obviously sitting well. Iowa State was a worry before, but Paul Rhoads was just fired so I don't imagine the Cyclones will be very competitive in his recruitment moving forward.
