2015 SF Ahmad Gilbert has committed to Minnesota during his official visit. Gilbert has also told Eric Bossi.
Reminder that I talked to a college coach that was recruiting him to the Mountain West hoping he would stay as "a sleeper".
He said that Gilbert "has a chance to be really, really good, all league good".
He said: "Great length for a wing. Will need time to develop but I really like his skill set. He's a solid athlete. Good length and feel. Seems crazy to say about a Philly kid, but, toughness will be interesting to see. Not sure there, but was very good for one of the best EYBL teams"
