I think I love the big four professional sports' off-seasons (the busy parts) as much as the actual season (not counting fantasy baseball and hockey, followed far behind by fantasy football) ... the wheeling and dealing and rumors, etc.
Lester to the Cubs, Cespedes to Detroit and Porcello to Boston ... and then there are the Twins. 29 other MLB teams are attempting to better their teams and one is not. Well, aside from a broken down 39 year-old RF/DH and, rumor has it!!!!!, the Phillies own "Mr. Pitch-to-Contact" Kyle Kendrick. Anyway, we will always have the 1987 and 1991 memories.
