Game got a little bit sloppy at times, and foul trouble played a big part in the outcome, but overall I was really impressed ... serious, big time talent on the floor last night. I don't watch a lot of MN high school bb, but it's come a long, long way since I was a kid (when the top MN teams typically looked like the junior varsity, if that, compared to the big city teams on the east and west coast).
Ryan, who do you think the Gophers offer/land? Obviously Trent is a big target, but I was also impressed with Tre Jones, McKinley Wright and especially Theo John. Even though John obviously didn't have much for stats due to foul trouble, the kid looks like a beast inside and only a sophomore. Tre Jones looked a lot like, dare I say it, a poor man's Tyus Jones (which ain't bad)...basically does all the things Tyus does except score a lot.
