It will be an interesting off season.
They must have the lowest returning payroll in MLB correct? Will they step up and sign some proven players? Can they attract top talent/coaching? Do they keep shopping at the bargain rack? Last chance season in 2019 for Buxton and Sano?
Will the overall philosophy change on if they get enough mid-level guys and good prices on roster, someone is bound to have an above average season. The law of numbers, Twins style.
They have a lot of promises to keep when Target Field was built.
