Personally, I think this sexual abuse scandal is truly Coyle's final straw to justify getting rid of Claeys. I believe Coyle wants a Coyle guy. I think he doesn't think Tracy was going to cut it and ultimately make Minnesota a perennial contender. I think he believes Tracy doesn't have what it takes to recruit. I think Coyle's upset with Tracy's gameday management. I bet Coyle thinks Tracy doesn't have control of his team. I believe Coyle has known for a while this is coming, although the bowl win has made this decision harder to justify. That said, I'm confident Tracy knew he was going to be out. I don't believe this we haven't spoken stuff to candidates crap. I think Coyle has had conversations, particularly with Fleck. I speculate Fleck turned down Purdue knowing Minnesota was going to have an opening. I can't wait for Fleck to be named HC, given the current situation. If hired, I believe Fleck this is a slam dunk hire.
