I was programming my TiVo for next weekend's wrestling and Men's BB events and when I saw that the basketball game is on ESPN at 6pm CT/7pm ET, I realized how far our "ballers" have come lately!!
So, at 7pm ET prime time on ESPN itself, not ESPN2 or ESPNU...but ESPN the main channel is showing our Gophers!!! This is nearly unbelievable as it's usually always the SEC, ACC, Big 12, or maybe the B1G if Sconnie, tOSU, or MSU is playing.
Not this time!!! The MN Gophers are on a huge rise and we are some of the best basketball entertainment that exists...and ESPN has recognized that!!!
Well done Gopher Basketball! Let's keep up our excellent play, make a statement in the B1G tournament, and win our way into the Sweet 16!!!
